Cancellation policy

Pre-orders

All items featured on our website are pre-order items unless otherwise indicated. Full payment is required at checkout. The crafting time for preordered items is approximately 2-3 weeks.

You may cancel an order that has not yet been fulfilled within the first 48 hours. If the order has been fulfilled, you can no longer cancel it, but you can request a refund or store credit. Please refer to our returns policy for further details on returns and refunds.
