In-Stock Items Purchased at Regular Price
Are eligible to return for exchange, or in-store store credit within 7 business days of receipt.

Sale, Discounted, or Reduced Price Items 

Are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Custom and Made To Order Items:

Are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange

 

Exceptions

We may offer a replacement or store credit in the following situations, at our discretion:

Defective Products

If a product is received in a defective or damaged condition.

Incorrect Order

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered. (Bead variations used in designs are not included in this exception.)

Legal Rights:
This policy does not affect your legal rights regarding faulty or mis-described goods. 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return in order to receive a store credit minus the original shipping cost. 

WE ONLY ISSUE STORE CREDITS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.
